My name is Cheyanne. I'm a mom of 3. My background is in behavioral health, management & customer service. I strive to bring structure & understanding to children & families at ATC. I have never been comfortable with putting my children in childcare until recently when I discovered childcare like ATC. I hope to bring comfort to parents who struggle to leave their kiddos in the hands of other people by creating a basis for open communication & love for each & every child in our care. Outside of work I love going to rock concerts, spending time with my family & being by the water as much as possible... it's a soul healer!

Hi! My name is Michelle and I'm excited to meet, learn, and grow with your little ones! I previously worked as a float assistant teacher in early learning for four years in Seattle. Recently, I moved to Tacoma for the opportunity to get back into childcare after working a front desk job for the past year and a half. I had missed the movement as well as learning alongside children as they explore and experiment with their environment every day. I have a bachelor's in applied human biology, which is to say I have an understanding of body mechanics and anatomy, paired with the psychological aspect of development throughout the human lifespan. It is important to me that parents and guardians know that I value communication about their child with each other. I aspire and hope to provide an environment that allows each child to build their independence with their needs and learning pace in mind. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy dancing, hiking, exploring new food / places, and journaling!
